<Ingredients>

Skipjack tuna and mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce.  (1 can)

Salad spinach 30 g (about 2 stems)

Chopped seaweed 0.3 g

 

 

<Preparation Instructions>

  1. Mix spinach that was cut into about 4 cm with skipjack tuna and mushrooms simmered in tomato.
  2. Place mixture in a serving dish. Then scatter the chopped seaweed on top.
