Kuroshio cho kanzumeseisakusho :   This recipe uses one can of  Skipjack tuna and mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce.

 

shrimp · crab · wheat · soba · egg · milk · peanuts are not applicable.

 

  • When using seasonings, please use what you are not allergic

<Ingredients>

Skipjack tuna and mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce.

Tomato Sauce (1 can)

Avocado    1

Lemon       1/4

Salt 1 g

Black pepper 0.16 g

 

 

<Preparation Instructions>

① Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed pit and take out the flesh with a spoon.

② After slicing avocado into 1 cm slices, place them in a serving dish. Then sprinkle salt and pepper over them.

③Add skipjack tuna and mushrooms simmered in tomato sauce evenly on top.

④ Add comb-shaped cut lemon on the side.
