When it comes to the cause of food allergy and what can be consumed varies depending on each person. Carefully check the basic ingredients of seasonings, processed food and choose the one that suits you.
<Ingredients For 2 To 3 Pieces>
・Rice Powder (Kyoritsu-Foods) 20 g
- Cornmeal 10g
- Cane Sugar 5g
- Pure Soy Milk 120 cc
- Rice Oil 1 Teaspoon
- Can Of Water and Boiled Beets Broth Juice 1 to 2 teaspoons
※ Soy Milk Cream
★ Pure Soy Milk 200 cc
★ Rice Powder (Kyoritsu-Foods)) 25g
★ Cane Sugar 30g
★ Natural Salt One Pinch
Fruit Of Your Choice … Appropriate Amount As Needed
<How To Make>
Put rice powder, cornmeal, cane sugar in a bowl and mix them.
Then add pure soy milk to 1 little by little and mix well. Then also add rice oil and beet’s broth juice and mix. After that, let the dough sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- In the meantime, make soy milk cream. Put all the ingredients labeled ★ in a pot and mix well.
- Heat them with medium heat while stirring constantly. It tends to solidify suddenly, so don’t stop stirring.
- Stop the fire when it gets thick. Continue to stirring for 1-2 minutes with remaining heat.
- Put it in a whipped cream bag and let it cool.
- Pour small amount of oil into a skillet. After the skillet gets hot, cool the skillet down by placing it on a wet cloth. Then take out the 2 form the fridge and pore a handful of 2 int to the skillet to make one piece of crepe. Once one side is cooked, turn it over and cook the other side well.
- Hollow out fruits into ♡ shapes or flower shapes. Squeeze the whipped cream bag to apply the cream on the edge of upper half part of baked crepe and put fruits on the cream. Fold bottom half over top half, then roll up to make it look like a bouquet.
- When you squeeze the whipped cream bag to apply the soy milk cream, apply it to the edge of the crepe. So when you roll up the crape, cream has good visual presentation.
