Cooking steamed meat buns involves the process of molding dough and the process is sometimes hard even though you have a craving for it. This recipe allows you to make the bread which is just like the steamed meat bun easier without the process of molding.

If you wrap it with saran wrap, you can carry them around without the bread getting hard.


Ʊ Ingredients For Three Bread Ʊ

Rice Powder (Kyoritsu-Food) … 100 g
Aluminum Free Baking Powder • • • 5 g
Cane Sugar • • • 10 g
Sugar Free Carbonated Water • • • 130 ~ 150cc
Rice Oil • • • 1 tablespoon
※ Paste For The Inside Of The Bread
Minced Pork • • • 30 g
Grated Ginger … a little
Pea Beans Soy Sauce (Kikkoman) • • • 1 tablespoon
Sweet Rice Wine・・・2 Tablespoons
Potato Starch … 1/2 teaspoon
Water・・・・2 Tablespoons


Ʊ How To Make Ʊ

Make the paste first. Put oil thinly in a frying pan, stir-fly minced pork and grind ginger well. Add pea beans, soy sauce and sweet rice wine. After a while, pour melted potato starch by water into the pan. After it thickens, turn off the heat.
Put rice powder, baking powder and cane sugar into a bowl and mix them well.
3. In a different bowl, combine sugar-free carbonated water, rice oil and mix well. Then add 2 to 3 little by little and mix them well.
4. Fill the cup up halfway with dough and put the paste in the middle with a spoon.
5. Put the dough on top of the paste and hide them.
6. Steam them for 15 minutes in a steamer.

Sugar-free carbonated water makes dough soft and fluffy. You can substitute the water with soy milk.
